Meat Market Update | Average choice cutout continues higher

The Average Choice cutout continued to get higher even though the daily spot Choice cutout declined a little. Also, the volume of sales increased as buyers ordered product to refill shelves after Memorial Day sales along with booking product in the outfront sales for the Fourth of July holiday.
