MediaTek to Stay with TSMC for Finer-Node Chips

MediaTek Inc. said it will continue to use Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. as its foundry for leading edge chips, laying to rest rumors that the world's third-largest chip designer might shift orders to TSMC rival Samsung.
