Medivir announces proposal for new board of directors by nomination committee ahead of AGM 2015

Medivir AB , a research based pharmaceutical company with a research focus on infectious diseases and oncology, announced on Wednesday that the company's nomination committee's proposal for a new board of directors will be submitted to the 2015 Annual General Meeting. Ahead of the upcoming 2015 Annual General Meeting, the nomination committee has proposed that a new board of directors be appointed by means of the re-election of the board's existing members, namely Anna Malm Bernsten, Anders Ekblom, Anders Hallberg, Bertil Samuelsson and Birgitta Stymne Goransson, as well as the new election of two new members, namely Johan Harmenberg and Helena Levander.
