Supplied in Ultra-Low Profile 0.70 in. and Very-Low Profile 0.738 in. form factors, respectively, 16 GB and 32 GB DDR3 RDIMM products are suitable for server blades, telecom, and networking applications that require low profile memory. Both are ECC Registered and are available in 1.35 and 1.5 V configurations. In addition, both series can be screened for extended temperature operation.
