Carrizozo>>A Mescalero man faces more than 41 years in prison after pleading guilty to several felony charges related to the 2012 sexual assault of a Capitan woman who was leaving a Ruidoso McDonald's where she worked. Twelfth Judicial Deputy District Attorney John P. Sugg said Kenneth Kaulay, 42, pleaded guilty on Tuesday in a Carrizozo courtroom to first-degree kidnapping, second-degree attempting to commit first-degree murder, second-degree armed robbery and fourth-degree aggravated stalking.
