Specifically designed for welding on galvanized or thin-gauge steels, FabCOR® F6 operates with 75–95% argon/CO2 balanced shielding gas, resulting in welds with 76,000–76,500 psi tensile strength. Optimized arc characteristics result in consistent welds and gap-bridging capabilities, while low sub-surface porosity supports consistent weld quality. Available in 0.035, 0.039, and .045 in. diameters, wire is formulated for use with DCEN polarity, assuring minimal risk of burn-through.
