Model P200 Hydra-Cell® Metering Solutions pumps feature gearbox reducers with ratios from 60:1 to 5:1. Pumps, combined with VFD electronic flow adjustment, provide precise flow throughout turndown range at up to 81.0 gph at pressure ratings to 350 psi for non-metallic pump heads and 1,000 psi for metallic pump heads. Features include pulse-minimizing, multiple-diaphragm design; replenishment valve in every piston assembly; spring-loaded, horizontal disk check valves; and seal-less design.
