Metro Pacific submits top bid for CALAX project

MANILA Metro Pacific Investments Corp.'s MPCALA Holdings submitted the highest bid of P27.3 billion for the P56 billion Cavite-Laguna Expressway project. MPIC's bid was about P5 billion more than the financial bid of San Miguel Corp., which submitted a proposal of P22.2 billion.
