As a visitor at the Metropolitan Dance Center bid goodbye to a couple practicing on the floor on Wednesday, the duo flashed their performance smiles and waved -- still in their hold -- before executing their next move. After 10 years at Ridgeway Shopping Center helping novice dancers learn box steps, spot turns, and other ballroom moves -- and pushing some to excel and compete -- Metropolitan Dance Center has relocated to 105 Bedford St. in the heart of Stamford.
