Mexicos Grupo Lala has announced that Cooperativa Central dos Produtores Rurais de Minas Gerais (CCPR) intends to exercise its right of first refusal to acquire 50% of the remaining shares in Itambé from Brazilian dairy company Vigor Alimentos.
