Based on 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M4F core, 48 MHz MSP432™ Series consumes 95 µA/MHz in active power and 850 nA in standby power. Units feature integrated DC/DC converter, LDO, and 14-bit ADC that consumes 375 µA at 1 MSPS. Selectable RAM retention feature provides dedicated power to each of 8 RAM banks needed for operation. Operating from 1.62–3.7 V, MCUs include up to 256 KB flash and boost performance with dual-bank flash memory that enables simultaneous read/write functionality.
