Micron samples more compact single-sided DDR3 module

Micron announced it's sampling new single-sided, low-profile DDR3 SODIMM. When bundled with the new single-sided DDR3 SODIMM connector from TE Connectivity, the total z-height of the solution from the motherboard is just 3mm, compared to 4.6mm for standard SODIMM.
