Microsoft acknowledges Surface Book, Surface 4 Pro problems, has no timetable for fixes

Microsoft's Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 are apparently suffering from some outstanding hardware issues, especially where battery life is concerned. Microsoft has pledged to fix the problems, but it be a month or more before users see solutions.
