Microsoft breaks its word to Surface Pro 3 buyers, wont repair defective batteries at previously promised price

Microsoft promised two years ago it would repair Surface Pro 3 battery problems for $200. The company has reneged on that deal and refuses to honor what the head of the Surface team promised.
