Mid-Afternoon Market Update: Dow Surges Over 250 Points; Lumber Liquidators Shares Drop

Toward the end of trading Monday, the Dow traded up 1.63 percent to 16,659.35 while the NASDAQ gained 1.55 percent to 4,574.20. The S&P also rose, gaining 1.48 percent to 1,946.22.
