The 22-year-old, former "Hannah Montana" star sent something called ... wait for it ... "Tongue Tied" to the festival, which is held in Brooklyn's Bushwick neighborhood. Entertainment Tonight Online reports the video is more S&M than pornography and was actually released in May. I don't know where it was released, for which I'm terribly glad.
