Measuring 46 x 56 x 90 mm, thermoIMAGER TIM 640 performs radiometric imaging and video recording at resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, detecting smallest thermal defects. Infrared camera features temperature range of -20 to +900°C and thermal sensitivity of 75 mK. Process interface with analog and digital I/O simplifies process integration. Applications include quality control, process monitoring, and analyzing electronic micro-components in almost every industrial sector.
