In standard configuration, EMBED includes 2048-element CCD array detector and selectable optical bench components, including entrance apertures, gratings, and order sorting filters. On-board electronics provide fundamental spectral pre-processing as well as native SPI communication for direct interface with MCUs and industrial control systems. With multichannel functionality, EMBED lets users make simultaneous or timed-gated measurements from multiple EMBED spectrometers within single system.
