Delivered as die or in QFN-10, 3 x 3 package, MAS6279 is primarily intended for stable TCXO and VCTCXO modules. Use of fully analog compensation method makes it possible to achieve ±0.14 ppm or better frequency stability. Power consumption is 1.3 mA typ, minimum operating temperature is -40°C, and phase noise is -136 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz. Programmable divider function allows output frequency range of 5–64 MHz, and output wave form can be selected from sine wave or CMOS.
