A Sioux Falls car dealership is moving after nearly 30 years at its Minnesota Avenue location. Schulte Subaru of Sioux Falls has sold its land at 1011 S. Minnesota Avenue to Sanford Health and will build a new $5 million dealership across the street from the new Walmart going in at 85th Street and Minnesota Avenue.
