Minnesota attorney general calls for scrutiny of proposed Sysco/US Foods merger

Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson recently sent out a letter questioning the proposed merger between the country's top two food distributors. Minnesota's attorney general has asked regulators to "closely scrutinize" the proposed merger of the country's largest food wholesalers.
