The first Mitsubishi Aircraft MRJ flight-test aircraft, unveiled Oct. 18, will undergo about six months of ground evaluations before taking to the air in the second quarter of 2015. At its initial public presentation, the prototype for a 92-seat regional jet appeared to have been assembled with great precision, with rivets regularly placed and major assemblies' modules smoothly joined.
