Mitsui Chemicals Soar On Nikkei Earnings Preview: Weaker Oil, Yen Helped

The Nikkei morning newspaper said that Mitsui Chemicals ' operating profit for the April-September half is expected to leap 80% from a year ago to around 33 billion yen , thanks to strong sales of automotive materials. A surging auto market in the Americas lifted sales of the Japanese chemical maker's functional polymeric materials.
