Designed to eliminate manual sorting, 2-stage DateSort™ combines mechanical pre-cleaning to remove foreign material with optical sorting to grade dates by size. Entry-level, gravity-fed, stainless steel machine handles 3.3–4.4 tons per hour. Simplicity of mechanics and water cooling enable DateSort to withstand extreme dust and heat up to 122°F. Color touchscreen features GUI where sort parameters can be created, adjusted, or retrieved from memory.
