Teledyne Microwave Solutions offers a new modular line of non-ITAR wideband GaN amplifiers designed to re-define size, weight, and power (SWaP) within the 0.1 to 6.0 GHz frequency range. The new line of amplifiers consists of five GaN wideband models that meet the stringent airborne requirements of the most demanding commercial and military applications.
