UNDATED The prospective buyer of Milwaukee's Miller Brewing says it's business-as-usual for now, and it's too early to make specific decisions about the future. Molson-Coors of Denver confirms it will buy the U-S brewing-and-marketing arm of Miller and Coors for $12-billion.
