MONSANTO ANNOUNCES $365 MILLION DEBT OFFERING Jan. 19, 2015 Source: Monsanto news release Monsanto Company today announced the pricing of a $365 million public debt offering of senior notes that mature in 2045 and bear interest at a rate of 4.30%. This offering is expected to be sold to professional institutional investors in Taiwan, with application to be made to list the notes on the Gre Tai Securities Market.
