More than 2,300 HISD state exams missing

The 2,370 missing records involve a May retest that was part of the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness. State exams taken by more than 2,300 fifth- and eighth-graders in HISD are missing, leaving students uncertain whether they will be promoted to the next grade level.
