Linear stages are fully self-contained, and each utilizes one or 2 voice coil motors, linear carriage system, optical quadrature encoder feedback device, and home switch. Stages may be stacked in XY, XZ, and XYZ configurations. Continuous (stall) forces range from 1–23.0 lb, and intermittent forces at 10% duty cycle are 3.1–73 lb.
