Harrisburg, PA — Shrink Technicians from Mr. ShrinkWrap successfully covered the GG1 4859 Electric Locomotive on May 13, 2014. The locomotive was originally housed inside the Harrisburg Transportation Center by the National Railway Historical Society, but renovation work on the station required the locomotive to be moved outside for the next several years.<br />
