Effective at combating bacteria such as staphylococcus aureus, E-coli, and listeria monocytogenes, Sentinel Sanitizer is suited for use in food handling areas, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, hotels, and office buildings. Product is freeze/thaw stable and is dispensed by being dissolved in water at time of use. When used at 1 oz of solid sanitizer per 16 gallons of warm water, one 3 lb capsule makes up to 1,000 gallons of sanitizing solution.
