Equipped with helical ribbon agitator, 150-gallon Multi-Shaft Mixer provides top-to-bottom mixing of viscous pastes, gels, and dense suspensions. Two additional agitators — sawtooth blade and 3-wing anchor — deliver high-speed dispersion and thorough product turnover. Designed for full vacuum operation up to 29.5 in. Hg, mixer is rated for 3 psi internal pressure for inert gas blanketing and for accelerating product discharge through automated 3 in. flush tank ball valve.
