Multimillion-dollar mansion triple sale sets record for Palmerston North

Three homes sold for more than $1 million in Palmerston North in December, setting a new record for the city's top-end property market. Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Manawatu spokesman Andy Stewart said it was rare to see more than one sale a month in that price bracket, let alone three.
