Mum found dead after consuming "eye-wateringly high" amount of alcohol

Tracy O'Connor, of Colmworth Close, Lower Earley, was coming to terms with a divorce when she was found underwater on April 6. A toxicology report showed she was five times over the drink drive limit, an "eye-wateringly high" total coroner Peter Bedford said before recording a verdict of misadventure.
