My Dividend/High Yield Investing Journey End Of May Update

Some months not too much goes on in my portfolio, usually something bought or sold, or likely both, but this month was a little extreme. As the market continues to new highs, it seems prudent to raise some cash, as being able to get 10% yield on cost in eight years on my dividend side has come into view.
