Offered in 28-pin package with 4 digital inputs, Model MLX83100 can simultaneously drive four 500 nC-rated N-FETS at up to 28 V operating voltage with minimal self-heating. Device supports 45 V automotive load dump conditions and 100% pulse width modulated operation. Integrated bootstrap function and charge pump allow for support of supply voltages down to 4.5 V, ensuring continuous operation under automotive crank conditions. Operating from -40 to +150°C, IC is fully automotive qualified.
