NCSFA (National Conference of State Fleet Administrators) has launched a comprehensive benchmarking initiative that will take place over the next two months.  States, universities and municipalities were invited to participate. The benchmarking survey will encompass topics including but not limited to; how fleets are organized, telematics, key metrics, purchasing methodologies and cost, managing utilization, fleet policies, fleet information systems and alternative fuel vehicle management.
