The "Industrial Complex Acu Port" is a Prumo Logistica development, a private Brazilian company engaged in infrastructure and logistics. The port consists of two terminals located in Sao Joao da Barra, in the north of Rio de Janeiro state, approximately 120 km from the Campos Basin area, where the vast majority of Brazil's oil is produced.
