Acknowledging dispute settlement panel decision of WTO released March 26, 2014, Evan R. Gaddis said "NEMA supports non-discriminatory national policies toward trade in raw materials and minerals" while decrying export quotas and export tariffs as supporting "economic protectionism" rather than environmental protection.
