Providing testimony before joint Homeland Security subcommittee's Cyber Incident Response: Bridging the Gap Between Cybersecurity and Emergency Management hearing, NEMA Assistant Vice President Paul Molitor likened grid outages caused by natural disasters to those caused by cyberattacks.
