Lawyers for an unlicensed New Hampshire driver charged with driving into a group of bicyclists, killing two of them, are seeking to suppress blood samples from evidence in her upcoming trial. Police said 20-year-old Darriean Hess of Seabrook was driving last September without a license, speeding and under the influence of drugs when she ran into the bicyclists in Portsmouth.
