NJ Transit pushing court battle vs. mobster's kin

New Jersey wants to continue its court fight with a mobster's family over land it acquired for a since canceled Hudson River tunnel project. New Jersey Transit will seek authorization at its monthly board meeting Wednesday for more money to pay legal bills in its dispute with the Franco family.
