Developed in partnership with software developer concept3D, simuwatt Energy Auditor replaces clipboard-and-pencil approach of building audits with computer modeling to find more potential energy savings. This software will let ESCO employees perform audits using mobile tablets, eliminating manual input and transfer. When audit is finished, it is stored electronically and serves as baseline for next audit. Also, concept3D's work was used to help develop and grow Building Component Library.
