(Telecompaper) Nokia Siemens Networks has announced plans to issue EUR 600 million in senior notes. The proceeds of the offering will be used to prepay existing debt. The company said the notes will have terms and conditions commensurate with the high-yield nature of the debt. Nokia Siemens Networks has also published its annual report for 2012, providing details on its standalone business, separate from Nokia's accounts. This includes details on its two main divisions, mobile broadband and global services. The company also reiterated its long-term target for an adjusted operating margin of 5-10 percent. For 2013, NSN said it expects the mobile broadband market to be "relatively flat", compared to 2012.
