NTSB releases docket for Humans and Hardware forum.

NTSB released public docket containing 38 documents associated with its October 14 forum, Humans and Hardware: Preventing General Aviation Inflight Loss of Control. In addition, NTSB made available new links to the video archive of the forum at www.ntsb.gov/locforum and through the NTSB Youtube channel so that pilots and flight instructors can easily access them as an added resource.
