National Storage Affiliates IPO Expanding Self Storage REIT Options

National Storage Affiliates Trust is preparing for its IPO as early as April 16. The IPO will mark the second time a self storage REIT has gone public in under a month. Jernigan Capital completed its IPO at the end of March, and to no surprise was well received by the markets and it's currently trading up by over 5%.
