The renovation of Eastside Co-op continues a comeback for the main commercial artery of Central Avenue in northeast Minneapolis. Eastside Food Co-op General Manager Amy Fields and employees Seth Stratton, center, and John Lacaria showed off space that is being remodeled as part of a $6.7 million overhaul and expansion of the co-op in northeast Minneapolis.
