Neighbors support car dealership on Elmore expansion

It seems neighbors are mostly on board with a car dealership going in at the soon-to-be expanded Elmore Avenue in Davenport. Mills Chevrolet has a plan to buy 19 acres of land in the area on the southwest corner of Elmore and Veterans Memorial Parkway.
