Little-known Australian technology company, NetComm Wireless, has signed a deal to help supply NBN-like wireless broadband networks for a major US telecommunications provider, believed to be AT&T. NetComm is a locally-listed company with a market capitalisation of $129 million that is best known for its wireless routers and modems - a market that has been badly hurt by the falling cost of devices.
