New $23 million housing complex opens at UTEP

The grand opening of the Miner Canyon Housing Complex at the University of Texas at El Paso was held Monday morning, just in time for the start of the fall semester, which is just days away. The new complex will house 352 residents, in 83 safe and secure apartments in a state-of-the-art community in two separate buildings.
